Seeds I saved this month (August 2014) for next year's planting. This is a mildly flavored, delicious squash compared to anything I've ever purchased in the store or had from home gardens. It's very light green and has flourished in the rainy spring/summer we've had in Colorado this year. Have 7-15 squash on each of my plants. I got my seeds from a neighbor last year who has been growing these for years with great success.
There are many great recipes you can try. Use in lieu of pasta or serve like a vegetable.
