Here is the thing with this phone i can not find a maker all it says cricket. even on the battery. i will keep looking for ya though

Look under the battery there will be a esn number a model number and maker maybe even just a logo of the maker.

i am not sure abuot that. i would call your local cricket and ask. i know when i moved from NC back to PA i was able to do it. i would call but i think sometimes cricket stores do things differently. Thanks for looking
