I beleive this might be a blue topaz, but i am not sure if it is a real gem or not. The clasp is marked LGL 14K I beleive that is also what is stamped on the back of the pendent just harder for me to see.
I tryed to get good pictures of the markings. Hope they help.
The chian is rite around 18 inches long if it were unclasped and laid out. Its a thin chain.

UPDATE!!!! I lowered the Get It Now because i noticed it has a small bend in the pendent. Im sure it can be bent back, but i don't want to mess with it. This is still as is. I always try to be honest. Thats why i wanted to point this out. So I lowered the Get It Now from 100000 to 90000. :)
THIS DOES NOT STICK TO A MAGNET ONLY THE CLASP DOES. Real gold and silver do not stick to magnets. :) I did use a strong magnet. :)
