Yes...this is a web cam....I got it cuz I thought it was cute...Never thought about checking to see if it was compatible with my Windows 7...
It is a standard usb connect w/audio plug as well. Includes the driver disc.
Is compatible with Win98/WinME/Win2000/WinXP/WinVista. Does not work with Windows 7!!!!!
There is no free shipping at this time!!!!

Some of the Cams you can go to there web site get an update so it wil work on 7

When I got it they didn't have an updated driver, so I bought a Windows 7 compatible camera.
I am impatient .... couldn't wait..;0)
About 7 weeks later I got an email that they had an updated version...
