This is what the package says This bracelet is made from the purest refined copper, have been used since Roman Times in the belief that they are instrumental in affording relief to Arthritic & Rheumatic conditions. I bought this on sale but it sell for $15.95. this bracelet can be pulled apart or pressed closer together to fit on wider or smaller wrists. I believe thats why it says one size fits all but im not sure I have not tried one on myself so I dunno. I think thats how it works.
