This is a sterling silver necklace that has the words "Our Family just grew by two feet" on it. And in the center of the charm thingy are two little feet prints. It's a medium sized necklace in diameter. It doesn't hang too far down when you're wearing it. But it could also be put in a baby book or scrapbook if you don't want to wear it.

I don't know if you live near a Walmart.. but they sale them for around $5. And this necklace comes in a cute box usually. I see them there all the time though.
