Very soft. T-shirt feel to it.
60% cotton and 40% polyester.

I bought this online but it was too big and I never returned it. Would probably fit women's size 16 or juniors size 15.

The third picture, close up of the tags, shows the most accurate teal color.

I guess I would consider it womens. I wear both women's and junior's sizes. Based on that, I would say it's a women's 16 or a juniors 15/17.

Sorry for the delay, Lindseylnez, I have been out of town. I haven't measured clothes before, but if I did it right, it's 24" (took soft measuring tape from one underarm to the other - is that the way to do it?) Thanks!
