This is a very good dvd player and plays all the time, i only played it twice, when my grand daughters were over and that was all...i did get this from another owner...it plays very good.....

No, But I can give you an estimate as close as I can get and if you have money coming back i will mail it back to you anything over $1.00 because under a dollar wouldn't be worth a postage stamp. Also I can send you a copy of the receipt from the post office to your personnal email account if you want,.. that is the best i can do
