Easy to apply on your nail or mobile
Great for nail, cell phone or bag decoration
For nails: (It's easy!) First apply nail polish on the nail you'd like to decorate, then put on the nail (make sure then nail polish didn't dry yet). Then let dry. After that apply top coat.

what are spangles and how do you use them?

so you can use them like a decal but they are not sticky on the back like a decal.? you have too many ideas .

it's like a larger piece of glitter. so to say. stick it on tacky polish and top coat over them. They do not have a sticky back. Jane did I send you butterflies with your order? These are sorta like those just a little bigger.
