I include tracking on every item except seeds. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact me first so I can make it right before you open a dispute..often things can get resolved easily..please be respectful! I usually offer free shipping on all my items (except the geodes..they are very heavy and cost 6.00 to ship) so therefore I am fair to you and to myself..to be fair to myself in doing free shipping I start bids out at credits that will equal what it is going to cost me in shipping costs, tape, supplies, gas, and time. If you cant understand that it costs and credits reflect that, then do not bid and look elsewhere instead of complaining. I will not refund credits unless I have made a mistake..I do not have control over the post office and am not responsible for their mistakes.
