Bracelet measures about 5.5 inches tightened all the way and can extend to 10 inches. If the strings are too long you can trim and knot the ends.Would be best for kids but will fit adults it just won't tighten all the way (see fourth pic). My wrist measures 5.5 inches and I'd like it a bit bigger so it would tighten all the way.
