Up for auction is this fantastic silver ring size 8, stamped 925. The lovely marquis cut forest green emerald quartz is amazing. Nine marquis cut midnight black onyx melt from the main stone and three beautiful heart cut onyx crown the top of the unusual setting. Quartz is the birthstone of April and onyx is that of February.

These stones are laboratory created, but their properties, chemical, optical and physical, are identical to that of naturally occurring stones. Man made gems are much hardier than their naturally occurring cousins, not so subject to temperature change, drying out, cracking or grazing.
