Rockn - sewing is like any other 'skill'. It takes time and effort. Just because someone knows 'how' to do something doesn't mean they are 'good' at it. But, you can become proficient by practicing. You start small - work on sewing a straight line - it can be harder to do than people think! Go slow. Do it over and over. With practice, you can make almost anything you want! I've been sewing my entire life and there isn't much I can NOT make. But, it takes work. You can do it if you want!!
