I have this swimsuit. It has the ruffled skirt all around the bottom. It ties around the neck and across the middle of the back. I bought this off a site that is threw China. I didn't realize the measurement difference. Anyway the tags say this is a extra large. Well it's NOT! It's more like a medium. I took pictures of measurements. I hope this can find a good home. It is super cute!!!!! This cost me $25.00, i would like to get at least the shipping price out of it.
