What are Box Tops For Education, you ask?

They are little certificates on top of various items purchased that are collected by alot of schools.

They redeem them for money to use for things they need, sporting goods for gym class, classroom supplies and other things.

Each box top is worth 10 cents for the school and General mills sends the school a check when they are submitted, so they can really add up!

Many schools even have classroom contests to see what class collects the most and reward the students of the winning class with a prize, a pizza party, ice cream party etc.
