Some of them are. Most are without wrappers though.

Most of them are new. I think there's like 2 lipsticks that have been used once. Only a couple of them still have the little clear plastic wrappers on them. I think i listed those in the description.

I didn't know about the 'used makeup rule'. But i just checked the lipsticks and the only ones that have been used are numbers 5 & 6. I'm still not even sure about 6, i don't remember using it but the 'crispy fresh edge' of the lipstick is a little dull, maybe it got warm in the bag when i purchased it or maybe i used it once, i dont remember. But as of right now the highbidder is '2happytightwads', i will still include them if you want them anyways, if not then you don't have to take them. And as far as the rest of the auction goes, i won't include them due to the rules (but if you do want them anyway, just let me know and i will still throw them in)
