BRAND NEW Disney Frozen Dress, Princess Elsa Costume Child's KIT with Long Cape. I put the stock photos in the first 2 and the rest are of the actual dress. They are front, up close of front showing all the bead work, sheer long sleeves, back view of Cape and up close of cape to show bead work. This is beautifully handmade from a Disney Pattern. Size is 130, 62 Bust, 83 Dress Length, 100 cm length for the Cape. Fits girls height of 120 to 130 cm. It's cotton blend. MY GRANDDAUGHTER IS 7 AND THE DRESS ONLY CAME TO HER KNEES. IT FIT HER BUT SHE WANTED ONE THAT WENT TO THE GROUND LIKE THE PICTURE. It is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! ! Any little girl would love it but I got her one that went to the ground. COULDN'T HELP IT, I AM MAMAW, LOL!

Ok Renee, it says 3 ft 7/16 inches. I asked the person that made it how long it was and was told the cape was 110 cm. My daughter measured my granddaughter and she was 110 cm . from her neck down. So, the gown would have gone just past her knees and the cape wouldn't have flowed like Elsa. Hope this helps. I'm already your fan. Anything else just ask. Thanks

Ok the size of the dress says 130. So, I wasn't sure exactly what size that was and that's why I put in all the dimensions that was given to me. They are all in cm. I'm horrible at math, so I just used what they told me. Sorry.

I bought a Anna dress from the same person for my other granddaughter and it is a 120 and she is 4 and it fits her. So, I would think it depends on her size. The cape would be longer on her since she is not as tall. I wish I could be more helpful but I think if there's ANY DOUBT, don't bid. I want your 4 year old to be able to enjoy it.
