These trees are super fertile! I had a very old tree at my old house and its a tree that I will never forget! I grew young trees from its seeds in pots which I still have now. As long as you never disturb the plant it will survive forever.
Well before they were in part sun when they were really young 6 inch to 12 inch or less but theyve been in full sun for a while now and they are 4-5 feet tall now possibly taller if I measure and 3-4 years old now I think. I expect fruit in a few years. But I am willing to wait.
Oh okay so be careful putting them out in sunlight for a lonh period of time when they're still small and they'll be fine a lot of sun when they get much bigger?
Yes but that's not nearly as important as to Do not disturb the plant roots by transplanting or pulling it, it will break the delicate roots and the plants will die
How big does the pot need to be? And what about watering it? When it comes to me and watering plants, it feels like I'm drowning them with too much water and the soil becomes idk the word for it but let's just say it's bad xp. But I'm pretty good at getting something to grow but not keeping it growing, is that bad???
25 gallon pot like a whisky barrel cut in half or plastic oil drum cut in half or similar size container and I honestly don't water mine I let it get rain and sun very rarely will i give it water or fertilizer maybe once or twice a year and the soil surface has a natural living grass layer that acts as a insulating mulch layer
