1. Are there any scratches or gauges anywhere especially the screen???
2. Does it work and do all buttons perform as they should???
(got one from LISTIA and none of the buttons worked as they were supposed
and it could not be set)
3. Is this a new battery???
4. Is it is to set and does it stay set???

There is a faint scratch on the front, as you can see in the second to last photo. It is going across the "3". Other than that, everything else is fully functional
