The listing, Small hand sewn dog collar has ended.

I made this dog collar for my chihuahua but she out grew it :( It's 8 inches long & has been machine washed. There's a loop for a dog tag & leash. She chewed it a couple times so there are a few "dents" in the plastic part. Im sure it could fit a cat too.You could even wear it as a bracelet if you wanted to :) The colors are toooooo CUTE!

Also, is it 8 inches from buckle to buckle, or just the collar part?

Just the collar. The black buckle part is very small. I'd say it adds about 1/2 inch when closed.
