The listing, 9/11 "Heroes 2001" Stamp / Raising the Flag at Ground Zero has ended.
Remember September 11th, 2001, with a "Heroes 2001" Stamp. Appears to be in mint or near mint condition (has not been used for postage and has been carefully handled). However, I am not a stamp collector, so you'll need to carefully look at the photos.The stamp was released in 2002 as a semipostal: the stamps had a purchase price (45¢) higher than their postage value (34¢), with the balance given to the Federal Emergency Management Agency's relief efforts.
