The listing, Antique Souvenier from Korea has ended.
A remembrance from The Battle of Kyongju. The battle lasted from August 31, 1950 - September 15, 1950. It was between the United Nations and North Korea in Kyongju, South Korea. The battle ended in a victory for the UN after large numbers of the US and Republic of Korea troops repelled a strong North Korean attach. In my reading of this medallion on ebay months ago it stated that this was worn by the Koreans after the battle. It has "Welcome" on it so I am not sure of this. If anyone knows, I would appreciate your advising me.
