"This phone has never been used". So I'm pretty sure when the seller said as is, it's probably new since it hasn't been used. Now I do agree with more pictures though.

The seller said second week of September, the phone will be shipped, I'm guessing around this Monday or Tuesday, since that's the second week. Just pick out the bits and pieces in the description. The seller's probably out of town, or just busy.

Sorry all! I just received all these messages at one time. It is a lumia 521. I tried switching it to straight talk services thats why it needs a new sims card. Never got to change it and this phone has never had any service turned on
