The "cats meow" is a 3 "C" battery operated toy the cats go crazy for. My Jazzy loves this toy. She hides and bounces on it, she chases it, this is well made I've had it for about a year it it still looks and works great. When I bought it I got 2 of them, so I've decided to sell the second one. Brand new, instructions included. Here's a tip I bought rechargeable batteries saves me so much money on batteries, they stayed charged for quite awhile

Like I wrote it takes 3 c batteries, there's a little black button on top that starts and stops the little red stick that spins around it changes direction quick so yr cat will get excited, mine loves it, she likes it if I put something in front of it that hinds like half of the toy so she can be a predrtor and sneak up on it.
