You are bidding on brand new with tag dressy black career skirt by "Urban Rose". It is a size Large. it is knee-length on me (I'm 5'4"). Very appropriate for business attire. This skirt doesn't have a zipper. Just slip it on and that's it. It comes with an attached silver belt that does NOT come off. The buckle is made of plastic (not metal) but doesn't look cheap when wearing it. Just "feels" cheap (which it is). Comes from a smoke-free, pet friendly environment.
