Love this!! So you could just buy a large pot and lay this start down, planting the rooted part side ways so that the "arm" so to speak would be pointed outward to start traveling?? Nice nice plant!!! Definately watching and bidding closer to end time! :) Thanks again!!
Yes it could be just laid out on the soil, with a little kinda pushed up on the sides, and it would grow all of them in the same pot. Mine has about 4 or 5 big stems/trunks. I don't take very good care of mine any more. Only require water about once a week once established.
F.Y.I. To start a jade plant, all you need to do is to put the cut end of the plant into about an inch of dirt and water it once a week. I've started succulents for over 20 years using this method.
I know! My first one was started from a leaf in a tuna fish can of dirt. Had it for about 30 years. Got it in 1963. But these that I am offering I already have started and the winner can either plant them by laying the whole limb down or cutting between each small limb coming off the main limb and having several separate plants.
