I think the new person who was bidding against you deleted their account. When that happens all their bids and comments go poof. If you win with the current bid and have changed your mind since you were originally outbid, I will return your credits and relist. I've got stuck with something I changed my mind on when outbid. Then the high bidder deleted their account. Would hate for that to happen to someone else.

Last time I checked, yes. However, I will check again tonight on both of them and make an update to the auction. Better safe than sorry.
