main ingrediant is glycerin, olive oil, seaweed, seaweed extract, ginko, rose hips, and a few other ingrediants i have listed on picture two.

IN U.S. shipping is usually only 3.00 for one bar of soap or less. In Canada shipping for one bar will have to be calculated.
