I have access to all sorts of exotic fruits and vegetables at a local farmer's market and found a new favorite this past weekend!

This Galia Melon looks and tastes like a cross between a Cantaloupe and a Honeydew melon, but tastes more like a Cantaloupe but with more intensity.

As you can see in the pictures it makes great melon balls and the seeds look pretty much like Honeydew or Cantaloupe seeds.

This fruit in my opinion is better tasting than either of those melons.

Grow your own, cut them open, and give them a try!
