I am 5 foot 9 and this is the problem I had with this top. It hit right at the top of my belt, too short for me.....

I'm only 5' small. You get use to tipping Your neck back when talking to some-one. The toughest part is being in a crowed elevator, And no-one's where the sound is com'g from. "getting off" So, I have to start all over again.
