Listed for your bidding pleasure, is this $1 Casino Chip from the Ormsby House Casino and Hotel in Carson City, Nevada.

This chip is in Excellent condtion and is Light Grey in Color. It has no inserts.

The chip is a Hat & Cane mold and the center inlay depicts the Ormsby House logo and $1 denomination. The design is the same on both sides, with both sides being shown in the photo's.

The chip is a clay chip and weighs 10.8 grams. It will easily stand on its edge.

The Ormsby House opened in 1971 and closed for renovation in 2000, but as of this date still has not reopened.

I HAVE TO HAVE THIS!!! I was born in Carson City in 1969 & for as far back as I can remember until I turned 7 we went to the Ormsby House for brunch on Sundays :) What a wonderful memory. Thank~you so much for posting this.
