This is a box of 12 disposable Softcup menstrual cups. If you aren't familiar with menstrual cups, they are the better versions of pads and tampons. They're much safer and easier than the two other conventional ways of dealing with periods. You can keep one in for 12 hours, especially overnights, and you can swim and be intimate as well.
This box contained 14 cups but I used two for myself. Luckily they are sealed individually. I myself have switched to the reusable Softcup because they're so fantastic!! This is a nice opportunity to try and see if you like menstrual cups free of charge :) In my town I bought this box for about $9.
