This beautiful stone is set in sterling silver wire work. I got these as a lot of 15 stones all about the same size when I was a real novice jewelry maker. I only ever bought that one lot from this seller. So because I can't be 100% sure these aren't diffusion or lab stones I don't want to put them in the gallery. I bought these with paperwork saying they were earth grown natural untreated rubies. Burmese in origin imported before the embargo. I still think this is a real ruby
This stone is a huge 15 x18 mm and well over 15 cts. It has that deep red everyone wants in a ruby and is so hard to find now

It doesnt look like a earth ruby untreated, maybe a treated ruby because it is clear and shiney and earth ruby untreated is not.i have a lot of rubies ;) anyhow , if real, it would make a lovely peice for my collection.id be taking a chance bidding on it. but eben if lab created, there is still value in it. f&w.. please fan me back ty :)
