Just as the Title says:

Good condition in looks but when wound up, nothing happens. He was never played with so I really don't know why he isn't working. But Husband says someone will want to give him a new Home. I hope so.

I will offer GIN reflecting this defect and also do free shipping if it is used. Otherwise flat rate shipping of $2.00.
