It does not say that. It says I am bidding on a rug. I know how to make one just like this. I was going to get it as a gift, as I can't make it right now because of a broken wrist.

I will be filing a claim when the auction is over. Nowhere does it say instructions. If it did, I would not have bid on it at all. Maybe rethink your wording next time you create a similar listing.
