"Heart Soul" cream colored, frilly top is just what you need to show off your beautifully tanned arms...it is sleevless. This is lined in the front and back so you can't see thru the lace. It can be tied around the neck for a beautiful bow in the back or tie it several times around your neck if want to make it your own look. It is gathered a the bottom and has a little band of elastic...you could tuck it in or under if you like. If you tuck it way under, it would stay up because of the elastic and could show off your waist as well.
