I am really laughing out loud now! Becuz I just looked at this and I am still the high bidder on this one and that's been over a week ago!! ROFL!! Couldn't believe it!!
Too funny!! Would love to win it! It's very pretty!!
I am really getting old now I can tell. I just closed up my swimming pool for the winter! lol. Nobody has swam in it for over a month now. I could have closed it sooner but as sure as I do someone in my family will want to come over and swim! Happens every year! lol. But I kind of have an excuse for closing it up late too. Becuz I was gone on Labor Day weekend to Branson on a fabulous mini vacation! Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! It was absolutely perfect! And those kind of vacations don't happen very often! lol. At least not with me they don't! Seems like something always happens to put a damper on it! Like I wind up getting sick or the car breaks down or some other little "interruption" happens! lol. But not this time! Hooray!! It was just plain awesome!! So glad I could get away for a few days! Boy, did I need it too! lol. A lot of times I get back and I am so worn out and tired that I need a vacation from my vacation! lol. But not this one! Felt relaxed, refreshed & renewed!

I would love it if you were living in my pool! lol. It helps keep the water cleaner
when someone swims in it regularly. Water can get kind of stagnant if nobody gets in it for a while and it seems like it gets dirtier faster too for some reason. lol. I don't know! I DO know they are a lot to take care of that's for sure!! I have to scoop out leaves every day from my pool from a tree NOT even in my own yard!! Grrrrrrr! There is a vacant lot next to my house where the city condemned & tore down a house and there is a big tree on the empty lot that "dumps" all of it's fallen leaves into my pool! Wish the city would cut it down! Would make my life a lot easier in the summer for sure!!....... but I know they won't becuz they are cutting the city budget already and so I know they are not going to spend an extra grand to cut down the tree and I'm certainly not going to pay it either to have it cut down! I'll just have to keep doing my upper arm & shoulder exercises so I can keep manning the scoop!! lol. Take Care TTYL

LOL..while I swim I could scoop up the leaves,,lol...Oh, how I know how much misery the leaves bring especially when they fall into a pool..My friend Kathy used to have a beautiful pool and she had to use a skimmer twice a day to keep it clean..Laughing though because I love trees too heh heh.

I love trees too & even falling leaves. Not just in my pool!! LOL.
Man, it has really turned cold here in the last week in the Midwest. I don't think we are going to see much of a fall this a year. Think we are going right into winter! It's almost cold enough to turn the heat on, but I'm not going to. Just going to start wearing sweat shirts around the house! The leaves around here hardly even changed color, which I love! They just stayed green and then fell off the trees onto the ground, which was kind of sad for me becuz I love the changing colors of the leaves in the fall. And I heard they are forecasting another harsh winter! Brrrrrr! Don't even want to think about it!! We're never satisfied are we?? lol. We complain that it's too hot and then it gets cooler and then we complain becuz it's too cold! Lord, help us to stop complaining and to just accept it for what it is, unpredictable, uncontrollable, strange & wonderful and sometimes mysterious plain old weather!!
And there's nothing we can do about it! We are all at it's mercy!! But God is in control of it all and I just believe He knows what He's doing!!

i'm joyfully roaring with laughter my friend! I complain but do it where only the hills & trees can hear it.(And maybe the Horses..).heh heh...No matter what the weather there is beauty inside it some where..lol. The muti frost lines on a single pine needle, The shards of Ice on the edge of a creek..all inspire me to worship God and all of His creation..

I hear you Frank on the change in weather..I layer to the hilt..too..We share the same motto, no turning on the heat yet!

I feel really spunky when its cooler...and tear around like mad..Oh dear now I sound like a playful pup..heh heh..

FYI

I was talking about the leaves from last year not this year. They haven't began falling much yet. Didn't put last year in my explanation though! Kind of forgot it!
Just like I am starting to forget a lot of things!....and I hate that! I'm beginning to feel that I have forgotten more things than I can remember! I hate it when I go upstairs to get something and when I walk into the room I can't remember what it was! And no matter how long I stay in the room for the life of me I can't remember what I came upstairs for so I walk back down the stairs and ususally as I hit the last bottom or two stairs it hits me what I wanted up there and I have to all the way back upstairs and go get it and bring it down!! lol. Happens all the time too!
I've been talking to my brothers & sister about it lately and asked them if that happens to them and they all said all the time! So, I don't feel too bad about it.....at least I know it's not just me! lol. Doesn't help anything though........just a little comforting to know everyone else has the same problem! You know like they say, "misery loves company" lol........ it's so true too!

LOL!! years of leaves..love it.. or at least last years leaves..ROFL!! Forgetful?? Aren't we all in some way or matter..I put things in a safe place and they are never seen again! Really how can a person do that?? I find it so easy though...and its always the last place I look that contains it!! (Of course it would be the last place because it has been found..Snickering madly!)
