i tell you exactly what is wrong with item ~ if i am aware of it ~ if i make a mistake, i will make it right.
my items come from a smoke free home and i do have a service dog" henry.the service dog" that's what the kiddos call him .i do wash ,and or run threw dryer and run a lint roller over every thing before sending out .most of the time right after it is listed.
