This is a brown feathered dreamcatcher. It is believed that all the thoughts we sleep with - good and bad - are brought out in our dreams. The dreamcatcher catches the dreams and only allows the good ones to go through the spider webbing. The bad dreams get caught in the netting and are trapped there. Once the light arrives, the dreams disappear. You hang them over your bed or over the doorway to your home.
