This is an easy to sew pattern.
Lined knee length coat has front buttons. View A-B has Peter Pan collar. View A has lined detachable cape brad trim and ribbon bow. View B has patch pockets and contrast collar. View C has stand up collar. View A or B has lined hat with elasticized band. Vie w A and C has lined muff with elasticized lined edges and cord strap.
Suggested Fabrics: Wool and Wool Blends, Wool Flannel, Gabardine, Rayon Gabardine, Heavyweight Denim, Velveteen, Linen and linen types, Worsteds, Tweeds, lightweight Melton. View B: Contrast also in velvet. View C: Also in fake fur. Not suitable for sleepwear. Not suitable for obvious diagonals. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes or one way design fabrics. For pile or shaded fabrics use with nap yardages/layouts..
Sewing Notions: Thread, 1/4" set in shoulder pads Optional. Four 3/4" buttons. View A: Four 3/8" buttons for cape. View C: Four 3/4" decorative buttons and four large snaps or fur hoods when using fur fabric.
