Hi! I am assuming you place this over your nail and use nail polish to create the design you chose. Hope this helps.

Oh no that's def not how it works... usually it comes with a scraper and a plain stamp. What u do is put nail polish over the design u want then use something straight edge to scrap over the design thus removing the excess polish leavin only the design filled wit nail polish then u get like a stamp or solid foam, press on the design so that the foam/stamp catches the design on it then just like a stamp, stamp it on ur finger nail leavin the design but be very carful so not to smudge the design.
