I have four Silverdollar copies I do not need any longer. My grandfather was a horse trader and gave these to me before he died. He traded a mule for some coins and later found out some were fake. He shot the thief. The thief was my father! My grandfather said they were fakes or copies and if he felt strongly enough to shoot his own soon, I am thinking they must be fake. I hope! I repeat I believe all four of these coins are copies, or fakes. Not real silver dollars. They are 1880 cc, 1882 cc, 1885, & 1878 s.
These coins will be shipped using priority mail and tracking.

I don't think shipping COD is necessary& and that may end up just being a headache if for some reason it is returned to me.

No I have not tried that. I did have a coin dealer say thought they were made of silver just not original silver dollars. I will check out the magnet test. I appreciate your suggestions and comments. That's half the fun of doing LISTIA

Someone mentioned earlier the shipping cost was a bit high. Please no US priority Mail with tracking and insurance is over five dollars. These coins may be worth more than I think and probably deserve US priority Mail with tracking. In future I will try to use exact shipping cost but again it will be over $5 for flat rate envelope priority mail.

That flat rate envelope price is about $5. & includes tracking, etc. I can check on the box but certainly need tracking, etc. I will not charge more than it cost me to ship priority Mail with tracking.

It is against Listia rules to auction unmarked fake coins, and it is also highly illegal to sell unmarked copy coins. If they are not clearly stamped COPY, you cannot offer them.
