FREE: Silver Egyptian Pyramid Earrings

I am pulling out stuff from the 70's - check out my other auctions!
These pyramid shaped earrings have the look and feel of sterling to me - but not marked. They are semi weighty like sterling and you can see from the photos the tarnish looks that way too...but again, as shown in the photos - no silver marks, so I don't know the metal for sure.
They are 1 3/4" long and 3/4" wide at the bottom. The photos don't do justice to the beautiful teal opalescent stones in the middle!
Pyramids have long been the speculation of lore. Stories range from them being built as an instrument of time, an instrument of war, by or for God (or gods) and many other speculations abound concerning the precise building and enormous stones used in its construction. They have always been touted as being astonishingly ahead of their time.
These earrings are rich in both symbolism and beauty.
