This is a BRAND NEW tube of Orange hair dye. The tube is damaged on the outside because it has been in my hair accessories bag, but there is NO HOLES in the tube and like i mentioned above, it is BRAND NEW! I bought two tubes of this hair dye, but only used one. I bleached my hair before i put the orange in to make it bright and it turned out really nice!

Yes i believe you do to get the best results of the orange. I had another tube of this orange and i bleached my hair first and put the orange on top and it turned out really bright and nice!

yep, sure is. i dyied my hair pink and wow, having to bleach my hair then have pink in it, makes it stand out a lot better than not bleached. i did it in feb-mar and my hair still looks bleached.
