Hmm... I'm guessing these are allowed because they are legal downloads offered through iTunes. I'm not sending any MP3s directly, only the codes. I figured Listia's MP3 rule was meant to prevent people from spreading illegal content or non-DRM songs through Listia, and this auction features DRM music being legally released by Apple.
There are many other auctions of this sort- just search for iTunes. Didn't think there'd be a problem.
