This is a Bluetooth inear headphones. They have a USB charger. You have to press the middle button until it flashes red blue then just blue. You should see it recognized on your phone or whatever. Hardly used. They fit with the bar in the back of your head.

I can probably find a wall charger that fits any USB if you don't have one.

I don't know what voltage and I didn't ever use them long enough for the charge to go out so I don't really know that either sorry
