first i would like to say winner does have to pay shipping!! it is expensive and i am not jipping anyone off as you can see i have 100% feedbacks. it is a flat rate box to see that i am only charging you the amount of the box go online to usps.com the size of the box is 11x8.5x5.5 the cost is 11.30. i prefer paypal only so i charge cents more because they take about 30-50 cents.
