The brand is Western Chief and they are sturdy. They are a great pair of boots, I was just not wearing them. They are brand new with the tag on them.

I am sorry , but my grandson got my tape measure and now I cant find it, but the calf part seems to be large because I have a healthy calf also. (smile)
