The listing, Cookbook "An Army Wife's Cookbook" has ended.

pretty cool little book, I am always looking for cookbooks to get ideas. This is in good shape, except one recipe cut out (for Miss Shepard's English Curd Pie) and there is a To/From written inside the cover. And this isn't just any cookbook! (Wait there's more) it also includes household hints and home remedies. I have to admit I enjoyed reading her household hints and home remedies as well as the recipes.
Usual Listia rules apply, this comes from a smoke-free home, but it is controlled by cats.

How many pages?

total including index is 71. recipes up to page 59, then household hints and home remedies. there is an introduction by two of Alice's granddaughters, and a foreward by someone from the Fort Davis National Historic Site. actually to be truthful it is 70 1/2 pages since it is missing half page
