The listing, Spaghetti Squash Seeds - Organically Grown has ended.
Seeds I saved last month (August 2014) for next year's planting. I've been eating them when they are big but light green and they are delicious. A friend tells me they are not ripe until they turn yellow, but they have a mild taste right now and I like them this way better as they are quite mild.
These plants have flourished in the rainy spring/summer we've had in Colorado this year. Have 7-15 squash on each of my plants. I got my seeds from a neighbor last year who has been growing these for years with great success.
There are many great recipes you can try. Use in lieu of pasta or serve like a vegetable.
I'll send you 10 seeds. If you pickup locally you can try one for free, too.
If you use GIN I'll send you 20 seeds. (Can all be spaghetti squash or I can send some pumpkin seeds or one of my other seed listings.)
Yum!!
